Here’s is what I did. What you need: 4 lb trimmed brisket 8oz bottle of LA Hot Sauce (this IS the brand name) 10oz bottle of Italian dressing 1 onion ~ 3/4 or 1 cup (chopped) 1 bell pepper ~ ¾ to 1 cup (chopped) 1 medium sized jar HOT jalapenos (chopped) Steps: Rub entire brisket with Tony’s Cut the deep slits into the brisket (not all the way through) Cover with hot sauce, Mix the onions, bell pepper and jalapenos all together Stuff mixture into the brisket Pour on the dressing Wrap it in foil and cook for 5 hours and 350 (I did 225 for 11 hours once and it was great) Good luck, Gene
